Regular appointments are scheduled Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm. Please call the office during our business hours, Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5pm at (626) 256-4788 or our Toll free number (866) 981-6297 to set up an appointment.

We are available for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for our regular clients. If you have an emergency that is not during normal business hours, please call the main office number and you will be instructed to push “1″ for emergency. The phone system will then contact the doctor on call. We no longer use the pager system, so please disregard any previous pager information you may have.

We accept payments by personal check, cash, VISA, Discover and MASTERCARD when services are rendered.
